What does Fall in Fredericton mean to you? The beginning of fall is not only marked by the sea of yellow orange and red that floods into the Capital City, a shift in our day to day naturally takes place; hats and scarves emerge from our closets, words like “cinnamon” and “pumpkin” appear on sandwich boards outside of coffee shops and seasonal traditions are worked into our schedules.
What does this time of year mean to you? Have you always associated September with the sea of colorful leaves viewed from the top of College Hill, or perusing the fresh selection of seasonal produce at the Boyce Farmer’s Market, what about apple picking at a local orchard?
We would love to hear about what makes YOU -fall- in love with Fredericton! Feel free to submit a photo, story, poem, piece of artwork, or even share a song that reminds you of this season. Each week for the month of October, we will do a random draw from the submissions for a prize!
