Accessible Dog Park downtown

Idea:

Could be in any of the existing parks, EX: Odell, Wilmot park, queen square, and Morell park. All we need is to fence a green area that can be accessible by walking, bike, or any other mode of mobility. The existing dog parks are not convenient for everybody. You need a car just to go to the dog park.
