Implement recommendations from the most recent Transportation Plan.

Staff Feedback:

We continue to implement the Transit Strategic Plan and Accessible Transit Plan. Recent initiatives include the launch of a digital UPass program, launch of digital bus passes for adult monthly and single ride fare, a pilot project with HotSpot for bus tracking, establishment of a new UPass agreement with the New Brunswick College of Craft and Design, and, most recently, the launch of accessible fixed route transit service to begin October 1, 2020.
